Age Specific Programs For All Ages
Classes are jam packed with excitement for children from the ages of 3 to 5. Students learn flexibility, practice martial arts & do exciting drills that are guaranteed to improve coordination and strengthen child development. Most importantly every class teaches an age specific life skill to build leadership from an early age!
KIDS MARTIAL ARTS
Our Taekwondo classes are an exciting way to stay active and learn an effective self defense style. Classes help to improve flexibility and build strength though performing forms, combinations, and foot work. Workshops, traditional self defense, and sport style, help each student to find their own path and to develop according to the goals they want to achieve!
TEEN & ADULT TAEKWONDO
Taekwondo is a great form of exercise and a wonderful martial art to practice. This martial art will make you better focused, teach you discipline and respect, make you stronger, more flexible, and more heart healthy. A better work out than the gym because when you feel like quitting your teamates will help to motivate and inspire you.

You’ll have lots of fun learning and practicing various techniques, and there’s an endless amount of drills to choose from. Improved flexibility and strength gives you improved posture. That means you don’t just feel and become healthier when you train Muay Thai, you also look better, and move better.

HOW MANY PEOPLE IN EACH CLASS?
Class sizes vary between 10 to 20 people per class. Don't worry, we have additional staff for larger classes to ensure that every student receives the necessary attention.
WILL I BE THE ONLY BEGINNER IN CLASS?
No, we have new students starting all the time and we will schedule your class to make sure you receive the proper attention as a beginner.
WILL YOU HELP ME REACH MY GOALS?
Yes, every student that starts with Champions all come with different goals. The more we know the more our certified Instructors can help you and your family achieve the goals desired. For over 20 years our curriculum has been proven to satisfy the goals of students of all ages.
ARE THERE CLASSES FOR CHILDREN AND ADULTS?
We have separate programs for children, teens and adults. Our Little Tigers program is an age specific program for children between 3-5 years old. Children and adult martial arts programs starts from age 6 & up. Our teen and adult programs start from ages 13 & up and students, Teen & Adult students have a choice of Traditional Martial Arts (full uniform), Mixed Martial Arts (CMA Gear), & Fitness Kickboxing (Gym Clothes). We are confident that our solid program can satisfy the needs for students of any age.
WILL I BE LOCKED INTO A CONTRACT?
No. We have various membership options available to cater to the needs of all our students. We have a cancellation policy that allows you to cancel your membership at anytime for any reason.
