Before Care & After Care
Our before care program drops off children to schools. Our after care program picks up children from local elementary schools. Our program is unlike no other as we focus on …Character Development.
Our goal is to inspire your child to be successful in school, sports, and in life! Each month we focus on a special character word that teaches our students how to be the BEST!
MARTIAL ARTS RESPECT
Unlike a normal summer camp experience, our summer camp teaches campers respectful habits and behaviors. While not everyone may get along we make sure to teach everyone to treat each other with full respect.
CRAFTS & ACADEMICS
What would summer camp be with our fun crafts and activities? We make sure that there are always different things to do, try, and create durring our fun filled summer, while also providing time for camper to review any academic work that parents send in with them.
Each week campers get the option to join our groups for onsite and offsite trips. We travel to museums, parks, pools, and many other venues and invite indoor zoos and magicians to our site to entertain our campers. Parents have the option of opting out of offsite trips but everyone is invited to have a great time!
GAMES & MOVIES
There is always more and new games to play at Champions! From board games to more active events campers are given many opportunities to experience different games with their friends! We also have dedicated movie times where campers can relax after an active day and enjoy a movie while they eat their lunch/snack.
SPORTS & MORE
Taekwondo is a world wide sport but we know that too much of a good thing can wear on after a while. So we make sure to change things up and play other sports as well! And it doesn’t end there as we make sure to offer new experiences for all of our campers!
I have been kickboxing with CMA KB for almost 4 years. I hated my figure and I blame that for bad eating choices. I used to be very active until having kids and started using the excuse “I’m a mom”. Since joining kickboxing, many members had motivated me in different ways which had changed my mentality. In the beginning I only wanted to lose weight, now I focus on becoming stronger. I built muscle, endurance, stamina and have so much energy. Coming to class became a habit, a part my weekly routine, my healthy lifestyle. Different fun lesson plan each class to keep you engaged and always up for a challenge. To get to where I am now was not easy. Once you see results, it becomes an addiction!

I joined CMA kickboxing for over 2 years now and I love it. I was hesitant at most because I thought I will never be able to keep up because I hated cardio, I just didn’t have the stamina. But now after 2 years, not only have I built the endurance I feel I am in the best shape of my life. I love coming here because the instructors are so motivating, they kept me going. The classes are intimate enough that members got to know each other and support each other in our workouts. We held each other accountable. This is the place to be if you want to get fit and have fun at the same time.
Hi, my name is Kamlin. I’ve been attending CMA Kickboxing for over a year now. Coming to classes to workout and kickbox is not only great for my health but it’s also fun too! Everyone who attends CMA Kickboxing are really nice and amazing people. They support you and help you by showing you the ropes as you go through each move. In the beginning, I was really out of shape due to bad daily habits. I was able to go at my own pace in the beginning and started to catch up after taking a few classes. Kickboxing is really a great class to take after a long, stressful day. You work out all your frustrations and leave it all on the targets. You end up leaving happier and healthier!
The instructors are great and the workout is amazing. I’ve been going for almost a year and love every class. The classes are like working out with family and friends. We motivate and support each other. I couldn’t ask for a better atmosphere.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
When are the program check-in and pick-up times?
Camp begins at 9am with students being dropped off from 8:30am. Camp ends at 3:00pm but campers may be picked up anytime. Early drop off and late pick up is available.
What does my camper need to bring to camp?
Campers should bring: lunch, reading material or summer academic work, and a water bottle. On field trip days or pool days a swimsuit, towel, and sunscreen should also be packed. We discourage the use of electronics during camp.
What does my camper need to bring to camp?
Yes. We make sure to have a primary, secondary, and emergency contact information on hand.
Who will my child be spending her/his day with?
Other martial arts campers and instructors. This means that they will be around campers who practice respectful behaviors and habits.
What will my child be doing with his/her day?
So much. Aside from martial arts training our campers do arts and crafts, watch movies, play games, and go on trips!
Do they campers spend all day in the facility?
Depending on the weather and availability students are able to spend time outside on trips and/or pool days.
Who are your summer staff? How are they trained and are they background checked?
All of our staff are CPR certified and have passed official background checks.
