How big are classes?

Class sizes vary between 5 to 20 people per class. Don’t worry, we have additional staff for larger classes to ensure that every student receives the necessary attention.

Will I be locked into a contract?

No. We have various membership options available to cater to the needs of all our students. We have a cancellation policy that allows you to cancel your membership at anytime for any reason.

Do I need to be fit or have experience to start CMA Kickboxing?

Not at all! Our program was designed to help all body types and fitness levels! All you have to do is try your best and come with a great attitude! Everyone was once a beginner! Most of our members have never taken a kickboxing class but are able to jump in our classes right away and are comfortable from the start! We have built a system that allows everyone to jump in and enjoy an awesome workout!

How long will it take me to see results?

Results are different from person to person. From our experience, you will begin to feel a change after your very first class! You will be amazed at how quickly your skills improve and your confidence grows in just a few weeks!

What can I expect to see from this program?

With our program, you will begin to notice some very cool changes. With the various bodyweight movements, we incorporate into every workout, you will get stronger and see constant improvement.
